Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or in project administration.
  • Experience in social housing is advantageous.
  • Clean full UK driving licence for at least 12 months.

Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 per annum

Permanent – Full Time, 40 hours per week.

We are looking for a motivated Resident Liaison Officer to join our Planned Overhead team. You will be travelling in and around the Tottenham area.

About the Role

As our Resident Liaison Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact between residents, project stakeholders, and the construction team. You will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with residents, addressing their concerns, and ensuring that their needs are met. You will deliver a first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team in a professional and efficient manner.

About You

Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar project administration role with a main contractor for planned works is required. Experience within a social housing environment is advantageous. Experience of EasyBOP and SHDF and an A Level 3 in Customer Service or equivalent is desirable but not essential.

Must live within reasonable distance of Tottenham and hold a clean full UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months. Willingness to travel between sites when required.
