Job summary
A financial services firm in Aylesbury is seeking an Actuarial Student to join their Actuarial team. The successful candidate will be involved in producing IFRS balance sheets, checking monthly valuations, and contributing to IFRS commentary. Ideal applicants should have 1-3 years of experience from a life or pensions background. This role offers the opportunity to rotate into other technical areas and participate in process improvement projects.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a life or pensions background.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of IFRS.
- Familiar with financial reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Production of IFRS balance sheet.
- Checking monthly valuations of product lines.
- Producing sensitivity analysis.
- Contribution to IFRS commentary.
- Assisting with process improvement projects.
- Role holder will rotate into other technical areas.
