Responsibilities

• Procurement & Supplier Management in accordance with company processes.
• Plan and execute procurement activities for raw materials and services.
• Obtain and evaluate bids, negotiate terms, and make recommendations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term agreements.
• Manage supplier performance and resolve disputes.
• Analyse market trends to develop sourcing strategies.
• Implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.
• Monitor and report key procurement metrics.
• Lead complex procurement projects from planning to execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for procurement objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to junior buyers.

Skills

Proven experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations role
