Job summary
A leading adventure park operator in the United Kingdom is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily operations at the AirHop Adventure & Trampoline Park. The successful candidate will supervise staff, maintain safety standards, and ensure positive visitor experiences. Strong management skills and prior experience in a similar role are essential. This full-time position is on-site in Camberley and requires weekend and evening availability.
Qualifications
- Strong management and leadership skills, including team supervision and scheduling.
- Customer service and conflict resolution skills to ensure a positive visitor experience.
- Ability to enforce safety regulations, perform risk assessments, and handle emergencies.
