Details

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our thriving Jewson branch in Aberdeen (Parkway).

This is a part-time position of 24 hours per week, offering flexible working hours from Monday to Friday. School-hour schedules can be accommodated.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible
  • Proactively deal with invoice queries, over the phone and via email
  • Use our in-house systems to process customer orders and payments, organise delivery times, update customer accounts and keep customers updated throughout their journey
  • Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
  • Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts and checking deliveries
  • Supporting with any other branch administration, as required
