Job summary
A leading financial services firm based in Edinburgh is seeking a Customer Care Associate. In this role, you will provide essential support to customers by answering their inquiries and helping them manage their financial wellbeing through the Aegon Platform. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you have the skills needed to excel. This position offers a starting salary of £24,614, which can grow to £33,240 based on performance and commitment. A hybrid work model provides flexibility while ensuring collaboration.
