Qualifications

• Significant post‑qualification experience leading group‑wide tax compliance, reporting and governance.
• Experience advising on strategic tax matters such as M&A and restructuring.
• Ability to explain complex tax matters clearly to non‑specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax function, manage risk, optimise efficiency and ensure governance.
• Support commercial and strategic decision‐making while safeguarding tax position.
• Report at executive level within a dynamic, multi-entity environment.
