A respected independent builders merchant is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and enhance the brand's local profile in Bicester. The role requires proven experience in business development within the builders merchant sector, a strong proactive approach, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include promoting the brand, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with customers. Responsibilities
- Promote the Lords brand, service, and product range to new and existing customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market.
- Build strong, long-term relationships through customer and site visits.
- Support branch sales through pricing, quotations, and order processing.
- Work with suppliers and buyers on pricing and stock selection.
- Maintain excellent customer service and adhere to Health & Safety standards.
