A local authority in the UK is looking for a Grounds, Public Convenience and Street Cleansing Operative to provide an effective cleansing service. The role requires experience in vehicle checks and CoSHH safety policies, alongside the ability to work outdoors. Offered on a fixed-term basis until 31/03/2026, benefits include 26 days annual leave plus public holidays, with automatic enrolment into the Local Government Pension Scheme. Weekend availability is essential.
You will provide an efficient and effective street cleansing, public convenience and grounds-maintenance service to predetermined standards and in accordance with predetermined schedules.
The working hours are 8am - 4pm (3:30pm on a Friday) and the role is offered on a fixed term basis until 31/03/2026.
