You’ll supervise students to create a safe and positive environment, helping them to improve behaviour and achieve their full potential.**Key responsibilities include:*** Delivering individual and small group interventions to boost engagement, attendance, confidence, and self-esteem.* Working closely with school staff, families, and external agencies to provide consistent support and access to specialist services.* Monitoring and evaluating interventions, keeping clear records and reporting progress to the Behaviour Lead and senior leadership team.* Supporting behaviour management systems, including ready to learn supervision and lunchtime duties.* Being part of our first aid team, responding to illness and injury when needed.* Investigating incidents, liaising with parents, and providing ongoing support to students.This role is key to our student-centred approach, where every young person has the opportunity to thrive.
