A leading facilities management provider based in Sutton, London is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to ensure high standards of HVAC maintenance. The role requires at least 5 years of experience and relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning and good knowledge of CAFM systems. Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in Air Conditioning.
- Knowledge of PASMA and IPAF certifications is desirable.

Responsibilities
- Deliver planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across various client sites.
- Participate in on-call schedule and occasional shift work.

Location: Sutton, London Salary: £41,812 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team, supporting a key contract across Chelsea and Sutton. Reporting to the Technical A/C Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive HVAC maintenance across various client sites, ensuring a high standard of service and compliance with safety and sustainability standards.
This role includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule and may require occasional shift work, including evenings and weekends, for which additional allowances are provided.
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Completed apprenticeship in Air Conditioning maintenance
- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience
- Knowledge of CAFM systems and good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Experience in facilities management environments
- PASMA, IPAF, and IET 18th Edition qualifications (desirable)
