A global financial services firm in Greater London is seeking someone to support the Procurement Team in managing supplier on-boarding through Proactis software. The role includes dealing with diverse stakeholders and ensuring compliance with all internal policies. Candidates should exhibit proactive communication skills and have prior experience in a similar position. This role will be responsible for supporting the Procurement Team with undertaking all aspects of supplier on-boarding, across Property Management, Corporate and Residential business lines, through relevant software, and helping to develop the Proactis system to undertake the Pre‑Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) element of the task. The role will also be responsible for managing the central Procurement inbox and supporting the Procurement Managers with day‑to‑day activities.
The candidate will have contact with a diverse range of stakeholders across the business, and must have a proactive, flexible, and a ‘can‑do’ approach.
