A health management company is seeking a HealthCase Manager to support employees facing health challenges. Purpose of Role:
Imagine starting your day knowing you’ll make a real difference in someone’s life. In this role, you’ll work with multiple clients and industries throughout the UK, supporting employees in a variety of workplaces—from offices to manufacturing environments. Every case is different, and you’ll adapt your approach to suit each organisation, team, and individual.
A call comes in from an employee struggling with an injury or illness. Your role is to understand the full picture; what’s really behind their absence, what risks they face, and how best to support them back to health and work. You coordinate care, provide guidance, and empower employees to take control of their recovery.
As a Case Manager, you’re not just handling cases; you’re shaping outcomes. Your insights help reduce absence, guide line managers and HR, and ensure employees can return to work safely and confidently. Every day is fast paced, engaging, and meaningful, with a combination of telephone and video consultations and collaboration across multiple departments.
Desirable: Professional qualification such as physiotherapist, corrective exercise professional, counsellor, CBT practitioner, nutritionist, physiologist, nurse, or other relevant health/rehabilitation certification.
Equally Valuable: Proven hands‑on experience in case management, occupational health, or supporting employees through periods of ill health or injury. Practical experience, empathy, and problem‑solving ability are just as important as formal qualifications.
