Care Relief Team are looking to recruit Care Assistants who are passionate about care to work in the community. Supporting adults to maintain their independence and remain in their own homes.

• You must have the Right to work in the UK, as we are not able to offer health and care worker visas or sponsorship.
• All successful applicants must have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.

Availabitity required - 7am-2pm and 3pm-10pm; must be flexible for working hours. Successful applicants must be able to work every other weekend. Please note, applicants must be able to start from 7am. (no school hours are available at this time).

Rates of pay are £12.90 per hour / £15.00 per hour Bank Holiday rate. Paid mileage 40p per mile between calls. Refer a friend scheme £300 (through Care friends app).

Our carers are required to visit clients in their home and support them with daily tasks.

Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Driving Licence
- Willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English language
- Basic IT skills are desirable
- Previous experience in care settings is a plus
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients
- Ability to follow care plans and provide home care services
