Job summary
A non-profit organization focused on climate change is seeking a Volunteer Deputy Director of Capacity Building. This role involves managing capacity building efforts and enhancing existing capabilities while advocating the use of blockchain technology in climate change policy. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership and project management skills with relevant experience in non-profit or similar sectors.

- Experience in the civil service, start-up, NGO, or non-profit organization.
- Experience as a Senior Executive or Learning & Development in the public sector.
- Demonstrated experience in executive education focusing on Blockchain, AI Strategy, or emerging digital technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the capacity building function of the organization.
- Drive BCI's growth by forging new working relationships.
- Lead execution requirements of advisory services to non-profits and government bodies.
- Recruit Capacity Building Officers to deliver BCI capacity building programmes.
