• Experience in the civil service, start-up, NGO, or non-profit organization.
• Experience as a Senior Executive or Learning & Development in the public sector.
• Demonstrated experience in executive education focusing on Blockchain, AI Strategy, or emerging digital technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the capacity building function of the organization.
• Drive BCI's growth by forging new working relationships.
• Lead execution requirements of advisory services to non-profits and government bodies.
• Recruit Capacity Building Officers to deliver BCI capacity building programmes.
