Job summary
A local health service provider in Northampton is seeking a part-time Equipment Cleaner / Warehouse Hygiene Operative. The role requires working 20 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, from 14:00 to 18:00. You will work within a team to ensure equipment is clean and ready for dispatch, particularly supporting NHS operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with manual handling and standing for the entire shift. Full training will be provided, and this is an immediate start temporary position until mid-February 2026.

We are currently looking for a number of warehouse operatives to join a busy team in Northampton.
This is a role where you will really make a difference working in partnership with the NHS providing an essential service within the community.
You will be working in a small team of 18 ensuring that items are as good as new before being dispatched.
- Lifting items such as: crutches, walking frames, shower stools etc.
- Disinfecting items using cloths and a chlorine like substance
- Hand steaming items
- Completing quality checks
We are open to candidates from all industries as full training will be provided, however the below points are essential:
- Ability to work 20 hours per week 14:00-18:00 Mon-Fri
- Happy with manual handling up to 10kg
