Job summary
A leading Facilities Management provider in Greater London seeks a skilled plumber to maintain and enhance plumbing systems across the UCL estate. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates should have NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering and experience in commercial plumbing environments. The position offers excellent benefits, including additional training, holidays, and a generous pension scheme.

- NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in industrial or commercial plumbing within complex estates.
- Knowledge of heating systems, boilers & immersion/calorifiers.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems.
- Respond effectively to breakdowns and emergency call-outs.
- Inspect and repair faults in mechanical systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain records of work within CAFM systems.
