Qualifications

• A suitable City and Guilds or equivalent NVQ qualification.
• Unvented Water Systems certification is required.
• Recognised Health & Safety training is mandatory.
• Good written and verbal communication skills needed.
• Ability to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Be able to operate SMART devices and complete electronic documentation.
• Full UK driving license is required.
• Pass Enhanced DBS background checks for working in schools.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across the estate.
• Perform servicing and repairs of Heat Interface Units.
• Ensure safe working practices at all times.
• Liaise with sub-contractors and other departments effectively.
