A professional football club in Dundee is looking for a House Supervisor to support player welfare. This role involves establishing relationships with resident players, ensuring a safe living environment, and managing logistics during shifts. Candidates must be highly responsible, hold a full UK driving license, and complete a PVG check. Additional benefits include complimentary tickets for home matches and discounts. Flexible working hours are required, including overnight stays.
Place of Work : Cedars House, Perth Road, Dundee, DD2.
Status : Casual Worker Agreement/Seasonal.
Reporting to : Head of Player Care.
Key Relationships : Head of Stadium & Facilities, Academy department staff, Football department staff.
Hours of Work : Monday – Thursday from 5pm – 11pm, plus an overnight stay, in‑line with NMW with an additional allowance paid for overnight stays.
Start Date : ASAP
The role of House Supervisor is a key supporting role within our care of players. This role requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and good communication. The primary responsibility of the House Supervisor(s) is to maintain the highest standards of Safeguarding and Child Protection for the players within Cedar House and promote child welfare as the core purpose of their role.
Furthermore, the House Supervisor(s) are expected to manage and maintain all logistics and maintenance at Cedar House during times when they are on shift.
