A prestigious five-star hotel in Scotland is seeking Waiting Team members to join its hospitality team. This role involves supporting service during various meals, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and delivering excellent customer service. Live-in accommodation may be available, along with meals on duty and a bonus scheme for recommendations after six months.
Inverlochy Castle Hotel is recruiting Waiting Team members to join its hospitality team in Fort William, offering the opportunity to work within one of Scotland’s most prestigious five star hotels.
Renowned for exceptional service and dining, and overseen by Michel Roux Jr, Inverlochy Castle sets the highest standards in hospitality. This role is suited to individuals who take pride in their work, value attention to detail, and enjoy delivering a warm, professional service.
As a member of the Waiting Team, you will support service across breakfast, lounge, afternoon tea, dinner, and room service. You will work front of house while also supporting back of house standards, ensuring service and health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Training will be provided, including service standards and health and safety, and you will be expected to apply this consistently across all areas of the hotel. Shifts will vary depending on business needs, and split shifts are required as part of the role.
Inverlochy Castle is looking for team members who are well presented, friendly, and professional, with a genuine passion for hospitality. Previous experience and product knowledge are beneficial, but not essential, as full training will be given.

Live in accommodation may be available, subject to availability. Meals are provided while on duty, and transport is available for staff.
