Job summary
A leading law firm is seeking a full-time solicitor with a minimum of 12 months PQE. You will be involved in a diverse range of litigation and dispute resolution cases, serving both individual and corporate clients primarily in North Essex. This role offers the chance to work within a successful and growing practice with numerous exciting client challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months PQE as a solicitor.
- Experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Ability to handle diverse client matters including landlord and tenant issues.
Responsibilities
- Undertake litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Manage individual and corporate client cases.
- Engage in a variety of sectors including contractual disputes, bankruptcy, and contentious probate.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to work for a very successful and growing Practice.
You will have individual and corporate clients and practice in a diverse and interesting spectrum of work, including contractual disputes, debt recovery, bankruptcy, residential and commercial Landlord and Tenant, TOLATA claims, contentious probate and Inheritance Act claims, professional negligence, neighbour disputes and more.
