Hours: Full time, 9am – 5.30pm

Salary: Competitive/Market Rate

Due to the development of the firm’s Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury department, we are seeking to appoint a Solicitor/Legal Executive to assist with existing matters and manage new cases from inception to conclusion.

This role is suitable for an ambitious fee earner seeking a new challenge within a growing practice or looking to advance their career. Our litigation team primarily handles multi-track work.

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a mixed caseload of Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury claims from a recognized firm in this field.

• Grade B Clinical Negligence/Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive with 4+ years PQE
• Experience handling caseloads of pre- and post-issue matters worth £100k+
• Ability to risk assess new enquiries
• Empathetic with excellent client care skills
• Experience instructing and working with Counsel and medical experts
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Strong legal skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional communication with team members and contacts
• Willingness to engage in marketing, networking, and business development
