Job summary
A leading UK law firm is seeking a Securitisation paralegal to join their team based in Leeds. This permanent role involves tasks such as conducting title checks, property due diligence, and legal research. The ideal candidate will hold a good law degree (minimum 2:2) or GDL and possess excellent administration, drafting, and IT skills. After initial training, the position can be performed on a hybrid basis, requiring three days in the office. Candidates can send their CVs confidentially to the hiring manager.
Qualifications
- Excellent administration skills required.
- Experience in legal research and drafting essential.
- Good law degree (minimum 2:2) or GDL is necessary.
Responsibilities
- Identify titles and obtain Official Copy Entries from Land Registry.
- Undertake title checks and property due diligence.
- Carry out searches and handle pre-completion Land Registry searches.
