The role involves providing expert mortgage advice and working with high-quality leads, while adhering to FCA regulations. Ideal candidates are strong communicators with a customer service focus and a willingness to learn, as no prior mortgage experience is required. This role offers a hybrid working model, competitive salary with OTE of £60,000–£80,000, and a structured training program.
