Reporting to the Manager, Warehouse the Attendant, Warehouse is responsible for completing the daily warehouse functions.**Schedule:** Thursday - Saturday from 6am to 6pm**Salary:** $25.55/hr*There are 2 salary increases in the first year of employment, with a target rate of $26.90/hour.***We support and take care of our employees and their families by offering :*** Vacation upon hire* Generous and complete benefit coverage with group insurance* Group retirement plan with employer contribution* Telemedicine and assistance program for employees and their families* Employee Share Ownership Plan with an employer match* Paid Parental Leave program* Paid time off: Sick days, floater days and volunteer day off* Opportunity to contribute to a collective RRSP & TFSA* Training and development programs* Organized activities for employees and their families* Advantageous discounts on Saputo products**How you will make contributions that matter:*** Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and GMPs to ensure the highest quality product possible* Safely transport raw materials, finished products and equipment manually or by using powered equipment* Perform various warehouse functions including order picking and product retrieval from our packaging lines* Use Maestro and SAP to accurately maintain inventory levels* Ship and receive loads, organize and consolidate stock* Ensure safe conditions exist always within the work environment* Understands the operation of all warehouse equipment and the WMS system* Comply with Health & Safety, HACCP, and company policies* Report quality, food safety, health and safety incidents (within or beyond their control) to appropriate departments as necessary.* Other duties as assigned**You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:*** Previous Material Handling experience is an asset* Will hold, or be prepared to complete, forklift operator certification.* Working knowledge of computers and related devices (SAP, Maestro, RF scanners, etc).* Demonstrate communication, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills.* Must be self-motivated, results oriented and work well with minimal supervision.* Strong team orientation.* Must be available to work all shifts (Days and Nights)Saputo welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
