Ensuring we maintain a reputable relationship with our customers.* Supporting the Account BAM responsible on account and relationship management* Develop and deliver an annual strategic account and channel plan that reflects the customer and category and brand objectives* Full P&L responsibility for account* To plan and implement promotional plans* Full responsibility for base and promotional volume forecasting in Sales Planner* Lead trading terms agreements* Handle key Head Office relationships* Reporting & tracking of Budgeted initiativesBring your experience.**Essential*** Experience in a customer facing role within FMCG* Convenience Retail and wholesale experience required* Effective at forming relationships* Negotiation training & experience* Working autonomously and as part of a team towards a common goal* Problem solving and solution orientated* Logical mind and eye for detail* Commercial ability* Initial Telephone call with Talent Acquisition* 1st stage interview – 45 minutes competency-based interview based on our company values and your experiences.* 2nd stage interview – 60 minutes – a technical interview to understand your skill set/case study or presentation interview.*pladis does also use both Psychometric and Aptitude tests to support our processes so you may be asked to complete these as part of your process.
