Job summary
A global healthcare organization is looking for a Legal Counsel, Employment (EMEA and APAC) to provide strategic legal support across multiple jurisdictions. This mid-senior level position requires strong expertise in employment law and excellent stakeholder management skills. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience in a multinational corporate environment. This role offers flexibility to work remotely within the UK.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in employment law, preferably in a multinational corporate environment.
- Fluency in English; additional European or APAC languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on employment matters across multiple jurisdictions.
- Advise HR on recruitment, terminations, and grievances.
- Monitor new laws and trends affecting employment.
