Remote Training Account Manager – EMEA
Job summary
A leading digital investigation company is seeking a Training Coordinator to drive training and adoption of their solutions in the EMEA Central & South region. This remote position requires strong coordination skills and experience in customer service or sales operations. The ideal candidate will manage training schedules, support students, and collaborate with sales teams to maximize training revenue. Knowledge of Salesforce and fluency in additional languages are preferred.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in training coordination, sales operations or customer service.
- Familiarity with modern training methods and techniques.
- Proven ability to complete full sales and deployment cycles.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales to support new business with customers.
- Handle customer leads and support cases to increase training revenue.
- Manage an assigned territory, providing support for students.
