Job summary
A global payments platform in the United Kingdom is looking for a Payment Operations Analyst to manage payment operations, including dispute resolution and fraud investigations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in payments or financial services, with strong analytical and communication skills. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring accuracy and compliance, working closely with product and engineering teams to improve processes and data accuracy.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in payments operations, fraud/risk operations, or financial services.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data dashboards and performance reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying inefficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Manage dispute and chargeback processes from intake to resolution.
- Conduct fraud investigations and elevate patterns to product and risk leads.
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as authorization rates.
- Support reporting and KPI tracking for payment optimization.
- Document workflows and maintain compliance standards.
