Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management for enterprise digital, CMS, or SaaS implementations.
• Strong understanding of front‑end and back‑end delivery workflows (HTML, CMS configuration, API integrations).
• Experience working with cross‑functional technical teams, including engineering, design, and delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar systems for tracking sprints, tasks, and dependencies.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and align a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proven experience improving delivery processes and managing multiple concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery ecosystem for Attrax implementations, managing intake and prioritization for smooth project transitions.
• Ensure all Implementation service teams meet SmartRecruiters and customer quality standards.
• Continuously evaluate and improve delivery workflows.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure realistic scoping aligned to delivery capabilities.
• Monitor adherence to scope and support consistent quality assurance.
