We’re looking for a dynamic and experiencedReal Estate Project Manager to lead the delivery of school construction and renovation projects across our European region. Based remotely within a European country where Nord Anglia operates, this role offers the chance to work across borders, shape high-quality educational environments, and contribute to the strategic growth of the world’s leading premium schools group.

You’ll oversee multiple capital projects from concept to completion — managing budgets, coordinating diverse stakeholder groups, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, while keeping learning spaces aligned with our operational, safety, and safeguarding standards.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading school enhancement and construction projects across multiple European locations

Managing stakeholders including contractors, architects, regulators, and school leadership

Monitoring budgets, timelines, and project risks

Ensuring quality, safety, compliance and long-term operational value

Contributing to real estate strategy and organisational growth

What we’re looking for:
