The Role

The Payment Operations Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day execution of Neon Pay’s payments operations. You’ll manage dispute resolution, fraud investigation, and transaction performance tracking — providing the data and insights that fuel our payment optimization and risk strategies.

This is a hands‑on operational role that sits within the Payments function, working closely with product managers and partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage dispute and chargeback processes from intake to resolution.
  • Conduct fraud investigations and elevate patterns to product and risk leads.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as authorization rates, decline reasons, and fraud losses.
  • Support reporting and KPI tracking for payment optimization and risk performance.
  • Document workflows, maintain compliance standards, and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and external partners to strengthen operations and data accuracy.
