The Payment Operations Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day execution of Neon Pay’s payments operations. You’ll manage dispute resolution, fraud investigation, and transaction performance tracking — providing the data and insights that fuel our payment optimization and risk strategies.
This is a hands‑on operational role that sits within the Payments function, working closely with product managers and partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
