• Act as primary contact for founders and executives exploring financing or strategic exits
• Qualify opportunities, understand objectives, and position Palmstone Capital's advisory framework
• Present and negotiate engagement structures through to mandate signature
• Manage the full client process from initial discussion to signed engagement
• Collaborate with partners on live mandates and client strategy
• Participate in valuation discussions, capital-structure design, and transaction execution

• 3–10 years in B2B finance, commercial lending, real-estate finance, or other high-value transactional sales
• Proven record closing complex or consultative deals
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Self-directed, professional, performance-driven
• Based within CET / GMT ± 2 time zones (Europe or UAE)

Backgrounds that translate well: commercial-finance brokers, M&A advisors, wealth managers, or business-sale consultants.

• Real deal exposure – Work directly on live mandates with partners, contributing to valuation discussions, capital structure design, and transaction execution.
• Elite network access – Build direct relationships with founders, executives, and investors across Europe, the US, and emerging markets.
• Mentorship & development – Institutional training in capital markets, advisory processes, and negotiation, with partner feedback and ongoing support.

• Performance-based compensation – On-target earnings between €100K and €450K for strong performers, with higher potential for top closers. Details discussed with qualified candidates.
