This role is based remotely inMunich, Germany, and will conduct work mostly in German. Must be fluent in German and English.

About the Role

As a BDR at Conduktor, you will help to fuel our growth through new opportunity generation.Working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to spark conversations and drive new business with potential customers, you’ll be generating pipeline in a vast range of territories and industries.

What will you be doing?
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social media outreach
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs and challenges
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
  • Feeding lead and customer insights into the GTM teams
What experience are we looking for?
  • Comfortable with cold calling
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
