Responsibilities
  • Act as primary contact for founders and executives exploring financing or strategic exits
  • Qualify opportunities, understand objectives, and position Palmstone Capital's advisory framework
  • Present and negotiate engagement structures through to mandate signature
  • Manage the full client process from initial discussion to signed engagement
  • Collaborate with partners on live mandates and client strategy
  • Participate in valuation discussions, capital-structure design, and transaction execution
Qualifications
  • 3–10 years in B2B finance, commercial lending, real-estate finance, or other high-value transactional sales
  • Proven record closing complex or consultative deals
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Self-directed, professional, performance-driven
  • Based within CET / GMT ± 2 time zones (Europe or UAE)

Backgrounds that translate well: commercial-finance brokers, M&A advisors, wealth managers, or business-sale consultants.
