Build your own business.
As a Sales Executive you'll be targeted on securing new business with organisations across the UK, selling IT solutions on behalf of our partners (Microsoft, HPE, Cisco, Dell, to name a few). As you become established in the role you'll spend less time on building new business and instead focus on enhancing existing relationships, selling more products into fewer clients. It truly feels like running your own business, where you control how much you earn and how you develop.
You will join our Softcat Sales Development Programme, designed to equip you with everything you need to become successful. The programme accelerates your confidence and supports your journey to becoming an established Account Manager.
Responsibilities
- Research potential customers to shape and build new business.
- Grow new business through effective communication methods including cold calling, customer meetings and email marketing.
- Work towards KPIs by developing market understanding, building relationships and networking.
- Provide effective account management to support customers’ technology strategy, implementation and future requirements.
- Collaborate with sales, cross‑functional and external partner teams to develop a rich customer experience.

Accounts Manager – TPF Recruitment
TPF Recruitment is supporting an excellent chartered accountancy practice based in Southampton, seeking an Accounts Manager to join their experienced team across a portfolio of clients.
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000, based on experience and qualification.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied client portfolio.
- Prepare statutory accounts and income & expenditure accounts.
- Oversee bookkeeping and organisation of accounting records.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Prepare and submit personal and corporate tax returns.
- Provide excellent service to clients and support partners.
- Work closely with senior management, including supporting Partners with projects.
- Contribute to the firm’s growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience with at least 5 years’ experience in practice.

Safran Helicopter Engines – Senior Finance Officer
Safran Helicopter Engines is seeking an experienced finance professional to cover a range of responsibilities including financial reporting, statutory audit, internal control, treasury, payroll and tax.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive all post‑month‑end activities for accurate general ledger and audit‑ready reporting.
- Prepare and submit monthly IFRS and annual FRS102 statements on time.
- Maintain general ledger accounting, month‑end close and reconciliation processes.
- Monitor evolving accounting standards and drive internal reviews.
- Lead the evolution of systems, accounting policies and processes.
- Manage statutory accounts and audits, liaise with external auditors.
- Serve as site focal point for internal control activities.

- Maintaining a healthy pipeline through LinkedIn, calls and email outreach.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years B2B sales (IT, cyber or telecoms preferred).
