Job summary
A leading blockchain services firm is seeking an experienced Web3 Attorney to shape the legal framework of its blockchain ecosystem. This remote role requires expertise in legal matters related to validator operations and compliance strategy. Qualifications
- 10-15 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain, digital assets, or fintech.
- Strong understanding of securities laws and data protection regulations.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and balance legal risk with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Advise on legal aspects of Web3 operations, including validator agreements.
- Draft and negotiate various legal agreements.
- Monitor emerging regulations related to crypto assets.
