Job summary

A healthcare organisation in Norwich is seeking a clinical pharmacist to work in Mental Health and/or Palliative Care. The role involves responsibilities in medicines management, clinical training, and the provision of specialist information. Candidates must have GPhC registration and at least 1 year of experience. Flexibility and the ability to maintain high standards are essential. This position does not require dispensary work.

Qualifications

  • Registration with GPhC.
  • 1 year post qualification experience.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, plan and manage time.
  • Commitment to learn and develop clinical knowledge.
  • Have a valid UK driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

  • Attend allocated site visits punctually.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with patients.
  • Perform audits including prescription chart screening.
  • Work alongside doctors and other Health Care Professionals.
  • Ensure services are patient-centred.
