Qualifications

  • Level 2/3 qualification in relevant trades.
  • Able to work across different trades and deliver quality work.
  • Comfortable using Word and Excel.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to read technical drawings and plan tasks.

The Role

We are looking for a Multi‑skilled Tradesperson to join our team. If you have a Level 2 qualification in carpentry, brickwork or painting and decorating – and enjoy working across different trades, this role could be ideal.

Working Hours

09:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance across buildings, equipment and outdoor areas
  • Complete planned jobs and respond to issues as they arise
  • Use company phone/tablet and software to manage tasks, records and communication
  • Work independently or as part of a team, depending on the task
  • Help plan small projects, estimate costs and order materials
  • Work from instructions and drawings, managing time to meet deadlines
  • Support apprentices, collaborate with other trades and maintain high standards
  • Communicate clearly, report problems and suggest improvements
What We Need

  • Level 2/3 City & Guilds in carpentry, bricklaying, plumbing or painting and decorating
