Job summary
A healthcare organization in South Wales is seeking a Health Care Assistant to support nursing and medical staff in delivering compassionate care within the Women's Health services. The ideal candidate will assist in clinical duties, ensure safety for patients, and engage with a multi-disciplinary team. Successful applicants should have a background in caring for individuals and possess good communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of £24,833 per annum pro rata.

- Possesses or working towards NVQ Level II Award / GCSE’s or similar qualifications.
- Experience in team working/Working unsupervised.
- Experience of caring for people in a hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Support medical and nursing staff in Women’s Health units.
- Assist in creating a safe environment for patients.
- Record client observations and report to qualified staff.
