Job summary
A leading property management company is seeking a Service Charge Accountant to join their Client Accounts Team. This pivotal role involves preparing financial statements, liaising with auditors, and ensuring the accuracy of service charge accounts. The ideal candidate will possess service charge experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse audit findings.
- Produce year-end financial statements.

- On-board new business financial information.
- Prepare Section 20B notices.
- Calculate and reconcile utility billings.
