Our Clinical Homecare Nursingteam really love what they do! Working in Partnershipwith our NHS colleagues to provide individualised quality nursing careto patients requiring Parenteral Nutrition and other IV therapies in the comfort of their own homes.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced nurse to work autonomously while delivering high-quality clinical care outside of a hospital setting.

Working with trusts and patients in Cardiff and the surrounding areas.
Monday to Sunday, 40 hours over 5 days per week on a rolling rota. The shifts are structured as split shifts to accommodate patient needs. This means you will typically work around 4 hours in the morning to disconnect patients, and another 4 hours in the evening to reconnect them, with a break in the middle of the day. Flexibility is essential; some days may be longer or shorter depending on patient visits, but overall, average out to 40 hours per week.
The salary for the role is £35,091 per annum.
