Job summary
A leading customer service company is seeking a proactive Case Manager to handle customer and dealer enquiries. The role involves managing cases from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Candidates should have strong writing skills and fluency in Dutch and German and/or English. This is a full-time, fully remote position offering competitive benefits and annual leave.
