Qualifications

• Qualified Lawyer with extensive experience on Product counseling.
• Product Counsel Experience in technology, preferably HR-tech.
• Strong command of emerging AI frameworks and their interplay with data protection and employment rules.
• In-house legal experience preferred.
• Startup experience valued.
• Passionate about tech and HR tech products.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Tech-savvy with tools like Slack, Juro, Notion.

Responsibilities

• Own HRIS and AI product counseling end-to-end.
• Draft and negotiate product terms and clauses as required.
• Proactively monitor new AI and tech regulations.
• Manage external counsel on complex, multi-jurisdictional issues.
• Deliver targeted enablement for teams.
• Partner with Privacy & Security on necessary assessments.
