Job summary
A fast-scaling tech firm is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to manage IT support for the team in the UK and remote locations. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of IT support experience, particularly within a Mac-heavy environment, and strong interpersonal skills. You will oversee device setup and support, engage with diverse stakeholders, and improve service models for IT. This is a full-time remote role with compensation ranging from £40,000 to £55,000 annually.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year’s experience in a first or second-line IT support role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confidence in supporting in-office AV tech.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT estate consisting of Macs and Google Workspace.
- Deliver in-person and remote IT support.
- Manage end-user device setup and hardware ordering.
- Handle walk-up issues and manage requests via Trelica and Slack.
- Engage with stakeholders across the business.
