A leading automobile enthusiasts’ organization in the United Kingdom is seeking an administrator for membership renewals and recruitment. This home-based role involves following up on member renewals and engaging potential new members through diverse channels. The position is flexible and requires KPI tracking and strong communication skills. Ideal candidates will thrive in a remote setting and demonstrate proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Enhancement of membership through an incentive plan is also a central focus of this role.
The Jaguar Enthusiasts' Club, established in December 1984, has grown to become the world's leading Jaguar car club. Serving over 14,000 members across the globe, the club offers a vibrant community, expert technical advice, exclusive discounts with Jaguar specialists, and remarkable experiences. Known for its dedication to supporting enthusiasts, the Jaguar Enthusiasts' Club is a hub for all things Jaguar, providing valuable resources and fostering connections among like-minded individuals.
Our existing members renew their membership annually mainly via direct debit, we require an administrator to ensure renewals have taken place each month and follow up any renewals that have not automatically been processed via direct debit, this will involve telephone calls as well as email follow up to the member to renew their membership.
The majority of these members are located in the UK, we do also have members renewals throughout Europe which will require follow up via email (our magazine is only printed in English hence the European calls/emails will also be in English, there are no foreign language skills required although this would be an advantage if you do speak another language).
Recruitment of new members would also form part of your role, via social media posts through the various channels we send out information, direct enquiries via email or phone, previous members to contact about renewal, trade exhibitions and development of other channels to recruit new members.
All our members and enquiries have the same common interest that they are Enthusiasts of Jaguar motor cars, there is no cold calling involved your focus is on the 3Rs of our membership Recruitment / Retain / Renewal from our existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
This is a home based role with flexible hours, our main office is in Bristol however its not important where you are located in the UK, it’s your membership recruitment and administrative skills we require. An incentive plan for you to recruit new members, renewal lapsed memberships and grow our membership is in place with a number of incentives to the membership for you to use for recruitment.
