Senior Beverages Growth Lead - Europe (Remote)
Job summary
A global leader in flavor solutions is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for the Beverages segment. This role is critical in driving revenue growth through strategic account management and commercial execution. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years in the flavour or food ingredients industry, with strong negotiation and communication skills. Responsibilities include managing key accounts in the UK and Europe, developing strategic plans, and leading high-performance teams to meet commercial goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in the flavour or food ingredients industry.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience managing commercial budgets.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts across the UK and mainland Europe.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Lead sales strategy and execution for assigned category.
