Qualifications

• Women solicitors, barristers or legal executives qualified in employment, discrimination, and harassment law required.
• Commitment to equal opportunities and the aims of Rights of Women.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on sexual harassment at work.
• Attend at least one 2-hour advice session per month.
• Keep up to date with the law for the relevant advice lines.

Skills

Ability to deliver advice clearly and calmly

Empathetic and non-judgemental manner

Working knowledge of employment law

Education

Current practising certificate
