As part of our Technical Account Management team, you’ll join a group of exceptional technical experts who love solving tough problems, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, and making data analytics more accessible for everyone.
As a Technical Account Manager, and a member of the Sales organization, you will be the primary point of contact for a group of enterprise customers. You will work cross‑functionally with Customer Success, Product, and the Account Executive team to ensure our customers are maximizing the value of Plotly/Dash Enterprise.
The TAM team is the engine of customer retention and adoption. You will be essential in driving major changes in how we work with customers and use our customer data to develop successful, repeatable processes.
